I am truly impressed with this company. I always check to see shipped tracking info, and they got back to me promptly. The next day the sink arrive. That was fantastic. It was package so neatly, and everything was as expected and better. I can't wait to instal the sink for our fresh new kitchen Reno. Would highly highly recommend. If you are looking for a sink, this is beautiful. Also, I do shop for the best deal on the Internet. Both quality and customer service. Received the sink faster than expected; shipping was fast even despite being listed as backordered. The packaging was far beyond expectation - the box was sturdy, well packed with Styrofoam on all sides, and seemed almost overkill for a sink! Haven't installed it yet, but did open things up to have a look. The sink itself appears built well - no bad welds or seams, soundproofing is applied evenly, and the sink finish looks great. Cannot comment on durability yet, but there's nothing about the product to suggest that it will not last. Overall, a great product and the price is excellent value when considering the name-brand alternatives.

I ordered and promptly received a Blanco Diva faucet which worked well initially. After a few days the flow dropped to half. Michael White was very helpful e-mailing me on several occasions offering suggestions to solve the problem and then offered to ship out a new cartridge. It wasn't necessary in the end as a screen was simply clogged with debris from the shut off valve washers and the faucet works well now. The frequent helpful e-mails were greatly appreciated.

The crockery basket arrived on time and is very well made. It works perfectly in our sink. What made this purchase even more perfect was the service and pricing I received from niagara faucets. Their prices and exceptional service is second to none. very happy and will definitely be shopping here agian!

The beverage faucet arrived and its really nice. The vibrant stainless has a rich look I like and the unit is very well made. Easy to install and worth the money.
