Outstanding service from Niagara Faucets! May 10, 2011

This was one of the items in an order for our new kitchen.

First of all, I was very pleased to find a source of quality goods at a reasonable price. I found a good selection of sinks and faucets to choose from. The order was easy to place from the Niagara Faucet web site, and it was processed and delivered efficiently.

I will return when I need more kitchen and bathroom accessories. I shall also  recommend Niagara Faucets to my friends.

shipping was excellent - faster than anticipated,
ability to track a bonus;
all parts actually sent and intact; no damage to box;
unit solidly built, smooth operation, well designed, O ring seal where meets sink deck; can be tightened on to sink from the top rather than underneath;
the supplied water hoses were too short for our installation, required extensions
very pleased with product so far
