Parts missing April 3, 2011

the order was sent in great time but parts were missing to complete the installation. A second shipment was received with some of the missing parts, but still a crucial part was not sent. Product returned to Niagara Faucets....fault lied with Grohe. Customer service was very good from Niagara Faucets.
