Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any defective product may be returned for a replacement. Defective product returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please call us at 1-877-699-5789 to obtain a RAN. No return shipments will be accepted without an accompanying RAN
All defective returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, the purchaser must contact the OEM for corrective action. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any return shipping/handling charges. To be eligible for a non-defective return, the product must not have been installed and must include all original packaging. All non-defective returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns for any special order items are subject to the return guidelines and restocking fees specific to the OEM (manufacturer).

All non-defective Kraus KHF & KHU sink returns are exempt from any restocking fees, provided that the product has not be opened (e.g. the original straps and staples are in place). The customer is still responsible for return shipping/handling charges and the return must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the product has been opened, the standard 25% restocking fee applies.
