Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any defective product may be returned for a replacement. Defective product returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please call us at 1-877-699-5789 to obtain a RAN. No return shipments will be accepted without an accompanying RAN.
All defective returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, the purchaser must contact the OEM for corrective action. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any return shipping/handling charges. Returns for any special order items are subject to the return guidelines and restocking fees specific to the OEM (manufacturer).
