NiagaraFaucets.com reserves the right to select the carrier when shipping product.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer on all returns for any reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All products offered for sale on NiagaraFaucets.com INCLUDE shipping and handling charges to addresses within the continental US and Canada if the total order is greater than $399.99. For orders $399.99 or less, a nominal $39.99 shipping charge will be assessed to the order upon check-out. All products are shipped standard delivery unless otherwise indicated. Taxation (CANADIAN Shipments)
GST
Shipments to Canadian addresses will be assessed GST at a rate of 5% where HST is not in effect. The buyer is responsible for declaring any purchase to their provincial level of government.
HST
Shipments to Canadian addresses where HST is in effect will be assessed HST.
Taxation (International Shipments)
No Canadian taxes are assessed. The buyer is responsible for declaring any purchase to their local/federal levels of government.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any defective product may be returned for a replacement. Defective product returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please call us at 1-877-699-5789 to obtain a RAN. No return shipments will be accepted without an accompanying RAN.
All defective returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, the purchaser must contact the OEM for corrective action. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any return shipping/handling charges. Returns for any special order items are subject to the return guidelines and restocking fees specific to the OEM (manufacturer).
