No Duty or Brokerage Charges. Niagara Faucets is 100% Canadian owned and operated. All of our products offered for sale are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario Canada.  All products are shipped standard delivery unless otherwise indicated.

Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirming that weve received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer on ALL returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Except where indicated, all products offered for sale on www.NiagaraFaucets.com INCLUDE shipping and handling charges to addresses within Canada on orders over $299.99.

For orders $299.99 or less, a non-negotiable $49.99 shipping charge will be assessed to the order upon check-out. Products excluded from this free shipping offer are as follows:

International Shipments Beyond Canada

Damaged Goods
Please inspect the condition of your purchase upon delivery receipt and report any damage to the carrier driver for claims processing.

Back Orders
In the event that a product is on back order, Niagara Faucets reserves the right to consolidate your order prior to shipment.

Taxation (CANADIAN Shipments)
Shipments to Canadian addresses will be assessed GST at a rate of 5% where HST is not in effect. The buyer is responsible for declaring any purchase to their provincial level of government. Shipments to Canadian addresses where HST is in effect will be assessed HST.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship items to a P.O. Box and require a physical address for all orders.
