Received the sink faster than expected; shipping was fast even despite being listed as backordered. The packaging was far beyond expectation - the box was sturdy, well packed with Styrofoam on all sides, and seemed almost overkill for a sink!
Haven't installed it yet, but did open things up to have a look. The sink itself appears built well - no bad welds or seams, soundproofing is applied evenly, and the sink finish looks great. Cannot comment on durability yet, but there's nothing about the product to suggest that it will not last.
Overall, a great product and the price is excellent value when considering the name-brand alternatives.

Sink arrived within 9 days after placing order and was packaged very well. Quality of sink was excellent and are looking forward to having it installed as part of a kitchen update.
Price was excellent. Overall, very good value. If there is a need to purchase a sink in the future, I would consider Niagara Faucets again.
The only caution is the order status displayed on the website. It displayed "processing" - even after the sink arrived. Notification that the sink was shipped occured one day after the sink arrived.
